The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.28.81, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 81 of Madhya-khanda chapter 28—“The Lord’s Pastime of Accepting Sannyasa”.

কান্দে সব ভক্ত-গণ ভূমিতে পডিযা “সন্ন্যাস করিতে প্রভু গেলেন চলিযা ॥ ৮১ ॥

कान्दे सब भक्त-गण भूमिते पडिया “सन्न्यास करिते प्रभु गेलेन चलिया ॥ ८१ ॥

kānde saba bhakta-gaṇa bhūmite paḍiyā “sannyāsa karite prabhu gelena caliyā || 81 ||

kande saba bhakta-gana bhumite padiya “sannyasa karite prabhu gelena caliya (81)

English translation:

(81) The devotees incessantly wept and fell to the ground, exclaiming, “The Lord has left us to take sannyāsa!
