The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.28.37, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 37 of Madhya-khanda chapter 28—“The Lord’s Pastime of Accepting Sannyasa”.

এতেক চিন্তিযা ভক্ত-বাত্সল্য রাখিতে জননীরে বলিলেন রন্ধন করিতে ॥ ৩৭ ॥
एतेक चिन्तिया भक्त-वात्सल्य राखिते जननीरे बलिलेन रन्धन करिते ॥ ३७ ॥
eteka cintiyā bhakta-vātsalya rākhite jananīre balilena randhana karite || 37 ||

English translation:
(37) Thinking like this, to maintain His affection for His devotees, He requested His mother to cook the bottle-gourd.
