The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.18.178, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 178 of Madhya-khanda chapter 18—“Mahaprabhu’s Dancing as a Gopi”.

তুমি সে করাহ ত্রিজগতের সৃষ্টি-স্থিতি তোমা’ না ভজিলে পায ত্রিবিধ দুর্গতি ॥ ১৭৮ ॥

तुमि से कराह त्रिजगतेर सृष्टि-स्थिति तोमा’ ना भजिले पाय त्रिविध दुर्गति ॥ १७८ ॥

tumi se karāha trijagatera sṛṣṭi-sthiti tomā’ nā bhajile pāya trividha durgati || 178 ||

tumi se karaha trijagatera srsti-sthiti toma’ na bhajile paya trividha durgati (178)

English translation:

(178) “You arrange for the creation and maintenance of the three worlds. If one does not worship You, he suffers the threefold miseries.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

“Although Your spiritual energy is eternally present in Vaikuṇṭha, it creates transience by arranging the creation, maintenance, and annihilation of the heavenly, earthly, and lower planets. If one does not engage in service under the shelter of Your spiritual energy, one will attain the threefold miseries beginning with those arising from the body and mind.”
