The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.17.89, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 89 of Madhya-khanda chapter 17—“The Lord’s Wandering Throughout Navadvipa and Descriptions of the Devotees’ Glories”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.17.89:

“শুন শুন আচার্য, তোমার তত্ত্ব কৈ ব্যবহার দৃষ্টান্ত দেখহ তুমি এই ॥ ৮৯ ॥

“शुन शुन आचार्य, तोमार तत्त्व कै व्यवहार दृष्टान्त देखह तुमि एइ ॥ ८९ ॥

“śuna śuna ācārya, tomāra tattva kai vyavahāra dṛṣṭānta dekhaha tumi ei || 89 ||

“suna suna acarya, tomara tattva kai vyavahara drstanta dekhaha tumi ei (89)

English translation:

(89) “Listen, O Ācārya, I am telling You the truth. Just consider this example that I am narrating.
