The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.13.99, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 99 of Madhya-khanda chapter 13—“The Deliverance of Jagai and Madhai”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.13.99:

তোমরা না জান, এথা জগা-মাধা আছে খানি রহ’ উলটিযা হের দেখ পাছে” ॥ ৯৯ ॥

तोमरा ना जान, एथा जगा-माधा आछे खानि रह’ उलटिया हेर देख पाछे” ॥ ९९ ॥

tomarā nā jāna, ethā jagā-mādhā āche khāni raha’ ulaṭiyā hera dekha pāche” || 99 ||

tomara na jana, etha jaga-madha ache khani raha’ ulatiya hera dekha pache” (99)

English translation:

(99) “You do not know that Jagāi and Mādhāi live here. Wait a moment and see who’s behind you.”

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Jagāi and Mādhāi said to Nityānanda and Haridāsa, “You should have known that the two rogues, Jagāi and Mādhāi, stay here, and no one goes home safely without being harassed by us. Wait a moment and see us come after you.”
