The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.8.175, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 175 of Madhya-khanda chapter 8—“The Manifestation of Opulences”.

চরণ নাচায ক্ষণে, খল খল হাসে জানু-গতি চলে ক্ষণে বালক-আবেশে ॥ ১৭৫ ॥
चरण नाचाय क्षणे, खल खल हासे जानु-गति चले क्षणे बालक-आवेशे ॥ १७५ ॥
caraṇa nācāya kṣaṇe, khala khala hāse jānu-gati cale kṣaṇe bālaka-āveśe || 175 ||
carana nacaya ksane, khala khala hase janu-gati cale ksane balaka-avese (175)
English translation:
(175) Sometimes He shook His feet and laughed exuberantly. Sometimes He crawled on His knees like a small child.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
The phrase jānu-gati cale refers to crawling about on one’s knees. Jānu- gati means “moving with the knees” or “crawling.”
