The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.7.28, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 28 of Madhya-khanda chapter 7—“The Meeting of Gadadhara and Pundarika”.

বিচিত্র বিশ্বাস আর এক শুন তান দেবার্চন-পূর্বে করে গঙ্গা-জল পান ॥ ২৮ ॥

विचित्र विश्वास आर एक शुन तान देवार्चन-पूर्वे करे गङ्गा-जल पान ॥ २८ ॥

vicitra viśvāsa āra eka śuna tāna devārcana-pūrve kare gaṅgā-jala pāna || 28 ||

vicitra visvasa ara eka suna tana devarcana-purve kare ganga-jala pana (28)

English translation:

(28) “Now hear another of his wonderful characteristics. He drinks the water of the Ganges before worshiping the Lord.
