The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.1.412, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 412 of Madhya-khanda chapter 1—“The Beginning of the Lord’s Manifestation and His Instructions on Krishna-sankirtana”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.1.412:

গণ্ডগোল শুনি’ সর্ব নদীযা-নগর ধাইযা আইলা সবে ঠাকুরের ঘর ॥ ৪১২ ॥

गण्डगोल शुनि’ सर्व नदीया-नगर धाइया आइला सबे ठाकुरेर घर ॥ ४१२ ॥

gaṇḍagola śuni’ sarva nadīyā-nagara dhāiyā āilā sabe ṭhākurera ghara || 412 ||

gandagola suni’ sarva nadiya-nagara dhaiya aila sabe thakurera ghara (412)

English translation:

(412) On hearing the sound of the uproar, all the inhabitants of Nadia came running to the Lord’s residence.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The phrase nadīyā-nagara refers to all the inhabitants of Nadia.
