The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.14.56, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 56 of Adi-khanda chapter 14—“The Lord’s Travel to East Bengal and the Disappearance of Lakshmipriya”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.14.56:

এই-মত পথে দেখে যত স্ত্রী-পুরুষে পুনঃ পুনঃ সবে ব্যাখ্যা করেন সন্তোষে ॥ ৫৬ ॥

एइ-मत पथे देखे यत स्त्री-पुरुषे पुनः पुनः सबे व्याख्या करेन सन्तोषे ॥ ५६ ॥

ei-mata pathe dekhe yata strī-puruṣe punaḥ punaḥ sabe vyākhyā karena santoṣe || 56 ||

ei-mata pathe dekhe yata stri-puruse punah punah sabe vyakhya karena santose (56)

English translation:

(56) In this way all the ladies and men who saw the Lord as He passed by repeatedly glorified Him in full satisfaction.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The words vyākhyā karena indicate that they offered prayers to the matchless form of the Lord.
