The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.7.179, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 179 of Adi-khanda chapter 7—“Shri Vishvarupa Takes Sannyasa”.

এতেকে আমার বাস নহে মন্দ-স্থানে সবার শুদ্ধতা মোর পরশ-কারণে ॥ ১৭৯ ॥

एतेके आमार वास नहे मन्द-स्थाने सबार शुद्धता मोर परश-कारणे ॥ १७९ ॥

eteke āmāra vāsa nahe manda-sthāne sabāra śuddhatā mora paraśa-kāraṇe || 179 ||

eteke amara vasa nahe manda-sthane sabara suddhata mora parasa-karane (179)

English translation:

(179) “Therefore I never reside in a contaminated place. Everything becomes pure by My touch.”

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The word manda means “material,” “worldly,” or “abominable.”
