The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.5.87, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 87 of Adi-khanda chapter 5—“Eating the Mendicant Brahmana’s Offerings”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.5.87:

“শুভ দিনে তার মহাভাগ্যের উদয তুমি-হেন অতিথি যাহার গৃহে হয ॥ ৮৭ ॥

“शुभ दिने तार महाभाग्येर उदय तुमि-हेन अतिथि याहार गृहे हय ॥ ८७ ॥

“śubha dine tāra mahābhāgyera udaya tumi-hena atithi yāhāra gṛhe haya || 87 ||

“subha dine tara mahabhagyera udaya tumi-hena atithi yahara grhe haya (87)

English translation:

(87) “Whoever receives a guest like you has attained great fortunate on that auspicious day.
