The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.2.151, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 151 of Adi-khanda chapter 2—“The Lord’s Appearance”.

জয জয মহাপ্রভু জনক সবার জয জয সঙ্কীর্তন-হেতু অবতার ॥ ১৫১ ॥

जय जय महाप्रभु जनक सबार जय जय सङ्कीर्तन-हेतु अवतार ॥ १५१ ॥

jaya jaya mahāprabhu janaka sabāra jaya jaya saṅkīrtana-hetu avatāra || 151 ||

jaya jaya mahaprabhu janaka sabara jaya jaya sankirtana-hetu avatara (151)

English translation:

(151) “All glories to Śrīmān Mahāprabhu, the father of all living entities. All glories to the Supreme Lord, who has incarnated to inaugurate the saṅkīrtana movement.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The word mahāprabhu refers to He who is directly Kṛṣṇacandra and therefore the cause of all causes. He appeared along with His associates in order to deliver the conditioned souls and perform saṅkīrtana with them.
