Ex. gajabajalē lōka samasta || sakaḷa raṅga vituḷa- lā ||. 3 fig. To disperse or melt away; to dissipate and disappear--clouds, armies, assemblies, errors, ignorance. Ex. citta cinmaya karī asī vidyā || sēvitāṃ vituḷatē svaavidyā ||. 4 To evaporate, fail, end abortively--counsels, schemes, speculations. 5 To melt in compassion or tenderness.
