1. That which is indispensable; இன்றியமையாதது. பயி ருக்கு வேண்டியது மழை. [inriyamaiyathathu. payi rukku vendiyathu mazhai.]
2. That which is required; தேவையானது. பானை செய்யக் குயவனுக்கு மண்ணோடு சக்கரமும் தண்டமும் வேண்டியது. [thevaiyanathu. panai seyyag kuyavanukku mannodu sakkaramum thandamum vendiyathu.]
