1. The Tulu country on the West Coast, south of Kanara, one of 56 tēcam, q.v.; ஐம்பத்தாறு தேசங்களுள் கன்னட தேசத்திற்குத் தெற்கிலுள்ள நாடு. கொங்கணந் துளுவங் குடகம் [aimbatharu thesangalul kannada thesathirkuth therkilulla nadu. konganan thuluvang kudagam] (நன். [nan.] 272, மயிலை. [mayilai.]).
