1. To become full, complete, replete; நிறைதல். பருவ நிரம்பாமே [niraithal. paruva nirambame] (நாலாயிர திவ்யப்பிரபந்தம் பெரிய.ாழ். [nalayira thivyappirapandam periyazh.] 1, 2, 17).
2. To abound, be abundant, copious; மிகுதல். நெற் பொதி நிரம்பின [miguthal. ner pothi nirambina] (கம்பராமாயணம் கார்கால. [kambaramayanam karkala.] 74).
3. To be over; to end, terminate; முடிவுறுதல். நெறி மயக் குற்ற நிரம்பா நீடத்தம் [mudivuruthal. neri mayag kurra niramba nidatham] (கலித்தொகை [kalithogai] 12).
