2) [noun] ಕಿಟಕಿಯಿಂದ ನುಸುಳುವವ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಗಿಲಿನಿಂದ ಬಾರನೇ [kitakiyimda nusuluvava hebbagilinimda barane]? kiṭakiyinda nusuḷuvava hebbāgilininda bāranē? (prov.) can he who is capable of utilising even a smallest chance, not utilise complete freedom to his advantage?.
