Karicai (கரிசை) noun < Telugu garise. [K. garase.]

1. Measure of capacity = 400 மரக்கால் [marakkal], approximately 185 cu. ft. 320 cu. in.; நானூறு மரக் காலளவு. [nanuru marag kalalavu.]

2. A measure of capacity = 64 mūṭṭai of 48 paṭi each; 48 படிகொண்ட மூட்டை 64 கொண் டது. [padigonda muttai 64 kon dathu.] (G. T j. D. i, 134.)
