caḍhatī muddata (चढती मुद्दत).—f ( H) Advancing period or term; as caḍhatī muddatīcī huṇḍī A hunḍi of which the term is, for the convenience of the holder, made greater than is ordinary. Applicable only to the hunḍi called bandī muddatīcī huṇḍī that of which the term is fixed, not from sight, but from date.
