(-gī-ginī-gi) One leaving the other; e. g. pitṛputrasvasṛbhrātṛdampatyācāryaśiṣyakāḥ . eṣāmapatitānyonyatyāgī ca śatadaṇḍabhāk (Yājn. 2. 237, which verse however reads thus in the present ed. of the Vivādachint. p. 98 11. 20. 21: pitāputrasuhṛdbhrātṛºº . eṣāmapatitānāṃ ca tyāgī &c.; but comp. also p. 99 1. 10—12). E. anyonya and tyāgin.
