Anyataenī (अन्यतएनी):—[tatpurusha compound] f.

(-nī) (ved.) Variegated or spotted on one side; the characteristic of a she-goat in the Aśvamedha, consecrated to Mitra; three such sacrificial animals are tied together with six other animals, to the eighth of the twenty-one sacrificial posts required for the performance of the Aśvamedha. E. anyatas and enī (the femin. of eta).
