The Garga-samhita Verse 1.2.30, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 1 of Chapter 2 (Description of the Abode of Shri Goloka) of Canto 1 (goloka-khanda).

श्री-विष्णुर् उवाच
यस्मिन्न् अण्डे पृष्णिगर्भो
ऽवतारो ऽभूत् सनातनः
त्रिविक्रम-नखोद्भिन्ने
तस्मिन्न् अण्डे स्थिता वयम्

śrī-viṣṇur uvāca
yasminn aṇḍe pṛṣṇigarbho
'vatāro 'bhūt sanātanaḥ
trivikrama-nakhodbhinne
tasminn aṇḍe sthitā vayam

śrī-viṣṇuḥ uvāca—Śrī Viṣṇu said; yasminin which; aṇḍe—universe; pṛṣṇigarbhaḥPṛśnigarbha; avatāraḥ—incarnation; abhūt—was; sanātanaḥ—eternal; trivikramaof Lord Trivikrama; nakhaby the nails; udbhinne—broken; tasmin—in that; aṇḍe—universe; sthitāḥ—situated; vayam—we.

English translation of verse 1.2.30:

Śrī Viṣṇu said: We stay in the universe where eternal Lord Pṛśnigarbha descended, the universe broken by Lord Trivikrama's toenail.
