The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 4.34.25

भीमभासदृढास्ते तु तस्मिन्विषमसंगरे ।
विष्णुनैव शमं नीताः पवनेनेव दीपिकाः ॥ २५ ॥

bhīmabhāsadṛḍhāste tu tasminviṣamasaṃgare |
viṣṇunaiva śamaṃ nītāḥ pavaneneva dīpikāḥ || 25 ||

The demons of Bhima, Bhasa and Dridha, were also killed in their unequal struggle with Vishnu, and were extinguished like lamps by the wind.
