The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

किं स्मृतास्मि त्वया वत्से धत्से किमिति शोकिताम् ।
संसारभ्रान्तयो भान्ति मृगतृष्णाम्बुवत्तधा ॥ ८ ॥

kiṃ smṛtāsmi tvayā vatse dhatse kimiti śokitām |
saṃsārabhrāntayo bhānti mṛgatṛṣṇāmbuvattadhā || 8 ||
