The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 4.8.33; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

atha ujjvale preyaso, yathā —
mad-veṣa-śīlita-tanoḥ subalasya paśya
vinyasya mañju-bhuja-mūrdhni bhujaṃ mukundaḥ |
romāñca-kañcuka-juṣaḥ sphuṭam asya karṇe
sandeśam arpayati tanvi mad-artham eva
||4.8.33||
atra mukhye mukhyasya |

An example of madhura-rasa (primary) as aṅgī with sakhya-rasa (primary) as aṅga:
“Look, thin-waisted woman! Placing His hand on the attractive shoulder of Subala, who is dressed in My clothes, and whose hairs are standing on end, Kṛṣṇa is speaking with him, thinking that He is speaking with Me.”
