The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 3.2.25; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration and English translation:

यथा वा अपराध-भञ्जने —
कामादीनां कति न कतिधा पालिता दुर्निदेशास्
तेषां जाता मयि न करुणा न त्रपा नोपशान्तिः ।
उत्सृज्यैतान् अथ यदु-पते साम्प्रतं लब्ध-बुद्धिस्
त्वाम् आयातः शरणम् अभयं मां नियुङ्क्ष्वात्म-दास्ये ॥३.२.२५॥

yathā vā aparādha-bhañjane —
kāmādīnāṃ kati na katidhā pālitā durnideśās
teṣāṃ jātā mayi na karuṇā na trapā nopaśāntiḥ
|
utsṛjyaitān atha yadu-pate sāmprataṃ labdha-buddhis
tvām āyātaḥ śaraṇam abhayaṃ māṃ niyuṅkṣvātma-dāsye
||3.2.25||

English translation

Another example, from the Aparādha-bhañjana-stotra:
“Countless times I have followed the evil orders of lust and anger. They have not shown mercy to me and I have not shown shame or ceased my sinful activities. Now, however with acquisition of knowledge, I have given them up. O master of the Yadus! I have surrendered to Your fearless form. Please engage me as Your servant.”
