The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.2.4; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

तत्र नृत्यं, यथा —
मुरली-खुरली-सुधा-किरं
हरि-वक्त्रेन्दुम् अवेक्ष्य कम्पितः ।
गणने सगणेश-डिण्डिम-
ध्वनिभिस् ताण्डवम् आश्रितो हरः ॥२.२.४॥

tatra nṛtyaṃ, yathā —
muralī-khuralī-sudhā-kiraṃ
hari-vaktrendum avekṣya kampitaḥ
|
gaṇane sagaṇeśa-ḍiṇḍima-
dhvanibhis tāṇḍavam āśrito haraḥ
||2.2.4||

English translation

Dancing:
“Seeing the moonlike face of Hari, radiating sweetness as He practiced His flute playing, Lord Śiva began to tremble and then began to dance in the sky along with Ganeṣa to the rhythm of his drum.”
