The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.2.3; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

ते शीताः क्षेपणाश् चेति यथार्थाख्या द्विधोदिताः ।
शीताः स्युर् गीत-जृम्भाद्या नृत्याद्याः क्षेपणाभिधाः ॥२.२.३॥te śītāḥ kṣepaṇāś ceti yathārthākhyā dvidhoditāḥ |
śītāḥ syur gīta-jṛmbhādyā nṛtyādyāḥ kṣepaṇābhidhāḥ ||2.2.3||
English translation
Anubhāvas are of two types with the suitable names of śita (meaning cool, with a lack of bodily movement) and kṣepana (meaning throwing about, involving distinct bodily movements). Śita includes singing, yawning, breathing heavily, disregarding others, drooling and smiling. Kṣepana includes dancing, rolling on the ground, shouting, stretching the body, bellowing, laughing loudly, whirling around and hiccups.
