The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.1.250; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

तथा च ब्रह्म-संहितायाम् आदि-पुरुष-रहस्ये (५.५९) —
यस्यैक-निश्वसित-कालम् अथावलम्ब्य
जीवन्ति लोम-बिलजा जगद्-अण्ड-नाथाः ।
विष्णुर् महान् स इह यस्य कला-विशेषो
गोविन्दम् आदि-पुरुषं तम् अहं भजामि ॥२.१.२५०॥tathā ca brahma-saṃhitāyām ādi-puruṣa-rahasye (5.59) —
yasyaika-niśvasita-kālam athāvalambya
jīvanti loma-bilajā jagad-aṇḍa-nāthāḥ |
viṣṇur mahān sa iha yasya kalā-viśeṣo
govindam ādi-puruṣaṃ tam ahaṃ bhajāmi ||2.1.250||
English translation
This is explained in Brahma-saṃhitā [5.59]:
“Brahmā and other lords of the mundane worlds, appearing from the pores of hair of Mahā-Viṣṇu, remain alive as long as the duration of one exhalation of the latter [Mahā-Viṣṇu]. I adore the primeval Lord Govinda of whose subjective personality Mahā-Viṣṇu is the portion of a portion.”
