Rig Veda 1.3.8

विश्वे॑ दे॒वासो॑ अ॒प्तुर॑: सु॒तमा ग॑न्त॒ तूर्ण॑यः । उ॒स्रा इ॑व॒ स्वस॑राणि ॥
विश्वे देवासो अप्तुरः सुतमा गन्त तूर्णयः । उस्रा इव स्वसराणि ॥
viśve devāso apturaḥ sutam ā ganta tūrṇayaḥ | usrā iva svasarāṇi ||

English translation:

“May the swift-moving universal Gods, the shedders of rain, come to the libation, as the solar rays come diligently tot he days.”
