The Garga-samhita Verses 6.9.28-29, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 9 (The Arrival of Shri Dvaraka) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

श्री-नारद उवाच
इत्य् उक्त्वानार्त-नृपतिं
भगवान् भक्त-वत्सलः
वैकुण्ठाच् च समुत्पत्य
भू-खण्डं शत-योजनम्
चक्रं सुदर्शनं धृत्वा
समुद्रे भीम-नादिनि
दधार भगवान् देवस्
तस्योपरि विदेह-राट्

śrī-nārada uvāca
ity uktvānārta-nṛpatiṃ
bhagavān bhakta-vatsalaḥ
vaikuṇṭhāc ca samutpatya
bhū-khaṇḍaṃ śata-yojanam
cakraṃ sudarśanaṃ dhṛtvā
samudre bhīma-nādini
dadhāra bhagavān devas
tasyopari videha-rāṭ

śrī-nārada uvāca—Śrī Nārada said; ity—thus; uktvānārta-nṛpatim—speaking; bhagavānthe Supreme Personality of Godhead; bhaktato the devotees; vatsalaḥaffectionate; vaikuṇṭhāt—from Vaikuṇṭha; ca—and; samutpatya— picking up; bhū-khaṇḍam—place; śata-yojanam—eight hundred miles; cakram— cakra; sudarśanam—Sudarśana; dhṛtvā—taking; samudre—in the ocean; bhīma- nādinifilled with terrible sounds; dadhāra—held; bhagavān—the Supreme Personality of Godhead; devaḥ—the Lord; tasya—it; upariabove; videha-rāṭ—O king of Videha.

English translation of verses 6.9.28-29:

Śrī Nārada said: O king of Videha, after speaking these words, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who loves His devotees, took His Sudarśana-cakra, lifted up an eight-hundred mile portion of Vaikuṇṭha, and placed it in the ocean filled with fearful sounds.
