The Garga-samhita Verses 4.18.7-8, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 4 of Chapter 18 (The Names and Worship of Sri Yamuna) of Canto 4 (madhurya-khanda).

जाह्नवीम् विरजाम् क्र्स्नाम् चन्द्रभागाम् सरस्वतीम् गोमतीम् कौचिकीम् वेनीम् सिन्धुम् गोदावरीम् तथा वेद-स्म्र्तिम् वेत्रवतीम् चतद्रुम् सरयुम् तथा पुजयेन् मानव-च्रेस्थ र्सि-कुल्याम् ककुद्मिनीम् प्र्थक् प्र्थक् तद्-दलेसु नामोच्चर्य विधानतः

jāhnavīm virajām krsnām candrabhāgām sarasvatīm gomatīm kaucikīm venīm sindhum godāvarīm tathā veda-smrtim vetravatīm catadrum sarayum tathā pujayen mānava-crestha rsi-kulyām kakudminīm prthak prthak tad-dalesu nāmoccarya vidhānataḥ

English translation of verses 4.18.7-8:

On the petals one should write the names Jāhnavī, Virajā, Krsna, Candrabhāgā, Sarasvatī, Gomatī, Kaucikī, Venī, Sindhu, Godāvarī, Vedasmrti, Vetravatī, Satadru, Sarayu, Rsi-kulyā, and Kakudminī. Then an exalted person should worship the lotus flower.
