The Garga-samhita Verses 3.7.20-21, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 7 (The Holy Places of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

अहो एष परं धृष्टो
निर्भयो नन्द-नन्दनः
निरङ्कुशो भाषणीयो
वने वीरः पुरे ऽबलः
ब्रुवामहे यशोदायै
नन्दाय च किलाद्य वै
एवं वदन्त्यस् ता गोप्यः
स-स्मिताः प्रययुर् गृहान्
aho eṣa paraṃ dhṛṣṭo
nirbhayo nanda-nandanaḥ
niraṅkuśo bhāṣaṇīyo
vane vīraḥ pure 'balaḥ
bruvāmahe yaśodāyai
nandāya ca kilādya vai
evaṃ vadantyas tā gopyaḥ
sa-smitāḥ prayayur gṛhān
ahaḥ—oh; eṣa—He; param—very; dhṛṣṭaḥ—arrogant; nirbhayaḥ—fearless; nanda-nandanaḥ—Nanda's son; niraṅkusaḥ—merciless; bhāṣaṇīyaḥ—talkative; vane—in the forest; vīraḥ—a hero; pure—in the city; abalaḥ—a weakling; bruvāmahe—we will tell; yaśodāyai—Yaśodā; nandāya—Nanda; ca—and; kila—certainly; adya—now; vai—indeed; evam—thus; vadantyaḥ—speaking; tāḥ—the; gopyaḥ—gopīs; sa-smitāḥ—smiling; prayayuḥ—went; gṛhān—to their homes.
English translation of verses 3.7.20-21:
Saying "Kṛṣṇa is a bold, fearless, ferocious, and talkative hero here in the secluded forest, but in the city, surrounded by many men, He is only a weakling.
We will certainly tell Nanda and Yaśodā what He has done," the smiling gopīs went to their homes.
