The Garga-samhita Verse 3.2.20, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 2 (The Great Festival of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

जलौघम् आगतं वीक्ष्य
भगवांस् तद्-गिरेर् अधः
सुदर्शनं तथा शेषं
मानसाज्ञां चकार ह

jalaugham āgataṃ vīkṣya
bhagavāṃs tad-girer adhaḥ
sudarśanaṃ tathā śeṣaṃ
mānasājñāṃ cakāra ha

jalaof water; augham—a flood; āgatam—come; vīkṣyaseeing; bhagavānthe Supreme Personality of Godhead; tad-gireḥ—the hill; adhaḥbeneath; sudarśanam—Sudarśana-cakra; tathā—so; śeṣam—Śeṣa; mānasawith the mind; ājām—[?]order; cakāradid; ha—certainly.

English translation of verse 3.2.20:

Seeing a great flood of water coming, in His mind Lord Kṛṣṇa ordered Lord Śeṣa and the Sudarśana-cakra to come under the hill.
