garlic, jujube, mango, cow ghee, oil, cow milk. Gentle massage with medicated oil, (except in fractures), fomentation.Diet: Freshly grown rice, gram, green peas, barley, kamalgatta, betel nut, jambul fruit, bitter gourd,
kshar, dried frozen meat, astringent food and cold water.Stress & anxiety, over indulgence in sex, keeping late night suppression of the natural urges.
