osleoarthritis, etc.2.4 tablets twice or thrice a day with Punarnavasava, or lukewarm water preferably after meals or as
directed by the Physician.Diet: Old rice, buttermilk, cow milk, curd, green gram, sugar, petha, snake gourd, ginger (fresh), dates
(dry), coconut, cardamom, cold food.Gentle massage with medicated oil, medicated enema (nirooha i.e. specifically that of herbal decoction and
bath).Diet: Incompatible diet (eg. Milm together with fish), oily food, asafetida, mustard oil, black gram,
spicy, dry & sour food.Over indulgence in sex.
