There are ten chapters in this book. The first chapter gives a brief 'Introduction to Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra'. A detailed coverage of the primordial 'OM' is given in the second chapter of this book. The third chapter describes the meaning and explanation of each word of this Mantra. Different versions of the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra, for different purposes, are covered in the fourth chapter. Some of the tales/stories about this Mantra are given in the fifth chapter. The sixth chapter describes the details of the world's oldest "Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra temple". The seventh chapter describes various types of sadhana techniques based on this Mantra. The eighth chapter describes the spiritual and scientific significance of the numbers, 108 and 1008, for chanting of mantra. Ninth chapter covers the research studies on this Mantra carried out till date. The tenth chapter mentions the benefits accrued to the chanters of this great Mantra.
