The Shaka Dvipa is twice as much as Jambu Dvipa (in extent). It is surrounded by the Milky Ocean extending as much (as the dimension of Shaka Dvipa). 18. Then there is the Pushkara Dvipa twice (as much as Shaka Dvipa). It is surrounded by the ocean of liquor extending to that much (i.e. Pushkara Dvipa). It causes confusion and delusion to Daityas. 19. Thereafter, it is said that there is the Kusha Dvipa which is twice (as much as Pushkara Dvipa)....

The Brahmanda Purana [by G.V. Tagare]
He coronated Dyutiman as the king in Kraunca dvipa; Priyavrata made Havya the lord of Shaka dvipa. 14-17. The lord made Savana the overlord of Pushkara. In Pushkara dvipa, Savana had two sons, viz.: Mahavita and Dhataki. These two sons were the most excellent ones that parents could desire. In accordance with the name of that noble soul, his sub-continent is remembered as Mahavita varsha. In accordance with the name of Dhataki, his sub-continent is called Dhatakikhanda....
