The human life is a combination of the four components viz., Sharira Indriya Satva and Atma. The satva reflects in the human life as a manasika bhavas(emotional behaviours). The emotional behaviours affects to the human as psychological as well as somatically. The different bhavas has been described in the Ayurvedic classics. In the Charaka samhita the manasika bhavas are considered as the causative factor for the different diseases. The specific mansika bhavas for the specific diseases has been described as a hetu in the Charaka samhita
