Ageing is associated with physiological, functional, and pathological changes which are concerned with the loss of physical agility and mental acuity. Medha means intellect and/or retention and Rasayana means therapeutic procedure or preparation that on regular practice will boost nourishment, health, memory, intellect, immunity, and hence longevity. Medhya Rasayana affects the human psyche and mainly works at the level of neurotransmitters. Daily use of Medhya Rasayana is not only good for memory but also promotion of mental health.
