Background: Rakta Dhatu is given utmost importance as the disease incidences pertaining to number. Kamala is such a disease where in the presentation of Koshtashakhasrita Kamalatis. Kamala being a Pitta Pradhana Vyadhithe Dravya in Kamalahara Kashaya and have Pittahara property. Hence a sincere effort is made to evaluate and compare the effect of shaya and Phalatrikadi Kashaya in Koshtashakhasrita Kamalaized Parallel Comparison Clinical Study. The study was conducted in 40 subjects for a period of 28 days. Clinical features and haematological parameters were documented at vations were analysed and findings were evaluated by using statistical methods. both Kamalahara Kashaya and Phalatrikadi Kashayaclusion: The result obtained was both Kamalahara KashayaKoshtashakhasrita Kamala.
