Vatavyadhi comprises of many conditions with predominance of among the Vataja conditions. It has received its name from word “son feels pain as if bitten by a vulture or the postur sive pain felt. It is classified into two forms i.e. Ayurveda has advocated Vatajaupakrama as the treatment procedures. There are many drugs that are prescribed for the said condition. They have opposite qualities to that of Vata. Among the preparations, the of which is Kupilu.
