Osteoarthritis of knee joint is found congruent with the clinical features of Acharyas enlisted various treatment procedures for most Potential procedure in various disease due to its vatwa Panchadhatu shalaka is most in practice for Sandhi shula pradhana vyadhis Acharya SushrutaAsthi, Sira, Snayu are involved As Sandhigata vatais challenging So, in this present study shalaka, prefers to manage the pain and its related symptoms like stiffness and restriction of movement.
