Objectives: To evaluate therapeutic effect of lowing Khadira rasayana treatment in patients suffering fromgroup assignment with pre test and post test design. Dermatitis were selected for the study from SDM Ayurveda Hospital, Udupi. on day 1 with oral administration of Erandatailato day 31 oral administration of 5 capsules of hour before breakfast. Results: Khadira rasayanaVicarcika and best improvement is seen in 4 patients. There was statistically significant improvement in Dermatlogical Life Quality Index, Severity, Kandu, Pidakarasayana have properties like Kustagna, Kandugna, Vayasthapana, Shothaharaproperties of Khadira rasayana the symptoms of icant without any adverse reactions.
