3.6. Importance of Breathing in Meditation

‘One of the objects of Preksha Meditation is one's very own breath. The teacher gives an alert and the practitioner is approached to feel the breath on the tip of his nose. Beginning with this, he needs to watch the way toward breathing in and breathing out from the profundities of his body to the tip of the nose. He needs to act like a guard at the entryway of a foundation, viewing the individuals who enter and the individuals who turn out.’[1]

If one practices meditation daily, how beautifully one can heal small, physical, emotional and internal wounds on one’s own and won’t be ill in the long run.
