Explanation in English from Ācārya Pūjyapāda’s Sarvārthasiddhi:

What is the maximum lifetime of the peripatetic (vyantara) deva?

The word ‘parā’ indicates ‘maximum’. Thus the maximum lifetime of the peripatetic (vyantara) deva is a little over one palyopama.
