Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration and English translation of Tattvartha sūtra 4.37:

भवनेषु च ॥ ४.३७ ॥

bhavaneṣu ca || 4.37 ||

The residential (bhavanavāsī) deva also have the minimum lifetime of ten thousand years. (37)

Hindi Anvayarth:

अन्वयार्थ: भवनवासी देवों की जघन्य आयु दस हजार वर्ष की है।

Anvayartha: bhavanavasi devom ki jaghanya ayu dasa hajara varsha ki hai |

Explanation in English from Ācārya Pūjyapāda’s Sarvārthasiddhi:

What is the minimum lifetime of the residential (bhavanavāsī) deva?

What does ‘ca’ signify? It is intended to include the present subject. Therefore, it follows that the minimum lifetime of the residential (bhavanavāsī) deva also is ten thousand years.

If so, what is the minimum lifetime of the peripatetic (vyantara) deva?
