तद्विगुणद्विगुणविस्तारा वर्षधरवर्षा विदेहान्ताः ॥ ३.२५ ॥

tadviguṇadviguṇavistārā varṣadharavarṣā videhāntāḥ || 3.25 ||

The mountains and the regions are double and double in width up to Videha. (25)

अन्वयार्थ: विदेहक्षेत्र तक के पर्वत और क्षेत्र भरतक्षेत्र से दूने-दूने विस्तार वाले हैं।

Anvayartha: videhakshetra taka ke parvata aura kshetra bharatakshetra se dune-dune vistara vale haim |

The widths of the other regions are indicated next.

Those whose widths are double and double that of Bharata are meant. Whose widths are double and double? The widths of the mountains and the regions. Are all double in width? No. Up to Videha these are double of the preceding ones.
