Varuna keeps his promise given to Lord Rama. Subsequently, the army of Rama builds a bridge connecting to Lanka and Varuna kept his promise not to offer any hindrance. Here also it is noted that he is the keeper of his word. This quality is also reflected in duty bound Varuna.
