1.15. Use of Sarjarasa

Sarjarasa is a resinous substance extracted from Śāla tree (Shorea robusta), which was used as incense. Rālā, Vṛkadhūpa, Bahurūpa, Yakṣadhūpa and Sarvarasa are some other names of Sarjarasa listed in Amarakośa[1].
